The Reaction Agent project is registered under the MIT license.
The project is fully open sourced on Git Hub and you may contribute to the effort your self.

What you are asked to do is let me know if you use the framework, for good or bad, let me hear your rejections, feedback or any kind of reflects on the project and implementation of it.
